DriftMeet is only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using DriftMeet, you confirm that you are an adult and that you are allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

Accounts And Access

DriftMeet may require sign-in and may limit access to specific users, regions, devices, or sessions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping control of the account you use to access the service.

User Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, scam, share illegal content, expose minors to the service, or show sexual, violent, hateful, or abusive content. You are responsible for your own behavior during calls and chats.

Safety Actions

DriftMeet may block accounts, end sessions, restrict access, review reports, retain safety records, and use automated moderation to help enforce the rules.

Moderation And Monitoring

To operate and protect the service, DriftMeet may monitor operational events, sample video frames for safety checks when enabled, review reports, and preserve related records for abuse prevention, investigation, legal compliance, and enforcement.

No Recording Or Misuse

You may not record, capture, publish, distribute, or exploit another person's audio, video, images, chat content, or profile details without their consent and without any permissions required by law.

No Guarantee Of Matches

DriftMeet does not guarantee that a match will be available, that a connection will succeed, or that another user will behave in a particular way.

Payments, Sponsorships, And Affiliate Links

DriftMeet may offer paid features, subscriptions, sponsored placements, or affiliate links. If paid features are enabled, pricing, billing, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any feature limits will be presented at the point of purchase or activation.

Service Changes

Features, limits, subscriptions, moderation settings, and access rules may change as DriftMeet evolves.

Disclaimers And Liability

DriftMeet is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftMeet disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses caused by user behavior, third-party services, connectivity failures, or unauthorized access.

Termination

DriftMeet may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time when needed to protect users, enforce the rules, comply with law, respond to abuse, or operate the service safely.

Platform Discretion

DriftMeet may make platform access, moderation, safety, abuse, and enforcement decisions in its discretion. This includes decisions to warn, block, restrict, review, preserve records, deny access, or end sessions when DriftMeet believes doing so is necessary to protect users, operate the service, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Informal Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding DriftMeet, you agree to contact [email protected] first and attempt to resolve the matter informally before starting a formal claim, except where applicable law does not allow that requirement.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of DriftMeet, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of DriftMeet will be brought in the courts with jurisdiction over the operator of DriftMeet, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
